OUR DEPARTMENTS
Our Departments of the National Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment (NICRAT) work collaboratively to advance cancer prevention, research, treatment, surveillance, and institutional support services in Nigeria. Each department plays a strategic role in fulfilling the Institute’s mandate of reducing the burden of cancer through innovation, quality healthcare delivery, evidence-based research, effective administration, and efficient resource management. Together, the departments drive NICRAT’s mission of improving cancer care outcomes and strengthening national cancer control efforts across the country.
